Continuity in the Board

At the company’s annual general meeting held at the end of March, Sami Herrala, Jaakko Lampela, Karin Lagerstedt, Kaj Rönnlund, Dag Sandås, and Vilma Torstila were re-elected to the board of directors. Dag Sandås continues as the chairman of the board. The re-election of the board ensures continuity and stability for the operational management, as the company’s long-term strategic vision and objectives remain unchanged.
