Senior Mobile Developer

9Solutions is now looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Mobile Developer to join a team consisting of 5 people. The most important aspect of the job is to produce high-quality, user-friendly code on both iOS and Android with high focus especially on the front-end development.

What does the role mostly consist of:

• Designing and developing high-quality, user-friendly mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and refine project requirements
• Implementing and maintaining clean and efficient code
• Maintaining and improving the existing stack
• Creating and optimizing front-end interfaces for an exceptional user experience
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices

What are we looking for:

• A curious individual who is interested in digging deeper into the best industry practices and development of personal expertise
• Strong experience and expertise in Android and iOS app development
• Previous experience of working with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Previous experience of working with Java
• Experience with cross-platform mobile development frameworks (such as React, Native, Flutter)
• Familiarity with mobile app design principles and UX/UI guidelines
• Residency in Finland
• Fluency in both written and spoken English

What are seen as an advantages:

• Previous experience of working with Kotlin, Swift and/or Objective-C
• A strong portfolio of mobile app projects and/or previous experience of working with apps available in app stores
• Knowledge of back-end development and APIs
• Knowledge and expertise in AWS
