9Solutions Oy’s Annual General Meeting elected three new members to the Board. As of 17, April 2020 , Satu Ahlman, President and CEO of Ahlman & CO Development Oy, Isabelle Cehlin (Sweden), COO of Bonnier Healthcare and Riina-Riitta Helminen, Chief Administrative Physician of Suomen Terveystalo Oy, will start as new board members.
The new members all have strong industry experience in the healthcare and care technology sector. Isabelle Cehlin brings strategic view, industry knowledge and networks from the Swedish market perspective. Dag Sandås, CFO and deputy CEOof The Switch Oy, and Kaj Rönnlund, a board professional and investor, will continue as old members. In particular, the new Board of Directors will support the further development and implementation of the company’s internationalization strategy.
The company’s long-term Chairman of the Board, M.Sc. Martti Karppinen resigned as Chairman and member of the Board. Karppinen served as the chairman of 9Solutions Oy board since 2009 and is also one of the company’s founders.
Dag Sandås was elected to the Chairman of the Board.
