Independence and living in one’s own home are an essential part of dignified aging for seniors. The starting point in the development of the 9Solutions Call-e smart care phone has been to make seniors living at home and their relatives feel more secure, support independent living in their own home and make home care work easier.

With Call-e, a senior can establish a two-way voice connection from home to a call centre or directly to a helper’s smartphone easily by pressing a button. Call-e is part of the comprehensive 9Solutions home care service platform, which also includes safety tag, remote care and remote measurement solutions, intelligent exit sensor and activity monitoring as well as call centre software and smartphone application for receiving and processing alarms.
If the 9Solutions call centre is used, alarms can be routed also to relatives, and relatives can also open a voice connection to the care phone.

9Solutions care phones are designed to operate also in problem situations
9Solutions system diagnostics continuously monitor the operation of Call-e remotely and inform about potential fault situations. Call-e provides an option to use SIM cards from two different mobile phone operators simultaneously. This way, device operation can be ensured in case there is a fault in the primary mobile phone network. Call-e supports all operators in Finland.
The Call-e software can be updated remotely, so that new features can be added to the device later. Call-e has been designed and manufactured in Finland.
