We conducted our first Great Place To Work employee survey in 2019, and since then, we have been working diligently with all employees to strengthen our company culture and create an even better work environment for all of us. The GPTW survey has been a valuable tool for us, allowing us to focus on the right things. The fourth consecutive certification and the significant increase in Trust Index from the first survey confirm that we are on the right track.
Certification is a recognition of excellent employee experience granted by a third party, Great Place To Work®. Employee experience is evaluated through the Trust Index employee survey, and therefore, certification is based on our employees’ genuine experiences.
Our certification allows us to be listed among Finland’s Best Workplaces™, which annually recognizes the top 50 companies certified in Finland. However, our key action following this year’s employee survey is to continue our committed efforts towards creating an even better work environment and promoting employee well-being.
