Our comprehensive home care service platform supports an aged person living independently at home and makes home care work easier. Apart from the care phone, the system consists of a safety wristband, remote care and remote measurement solutions, intelligent exit sensor and activity monitoring. The call centre software and smartphone application simplify receiving and processing help tasks in emergency situations and make home care service management easier.

Help is quickly available

With the care phone, an aged person can create a two-way voice connection from home to a call centre or directly to the smartphone of a helper. The safety wristband always accompanies the person and help can be requested by pressing a button. If the 9Solutions call centre is used, alarms can also be forwarded to relatives. Relatives can also open a voice connection to the care phone.

Activity monitoring increases safety

The memory functions of an aged person are often impaired, and the ability to call for help with the wristband may also be forgotten. Inconspicuous sensors installed in apartments provide a solution to this situation. They monitor the person’s activity and daily rhythm, and alarm automatically if there is a deviation in the routines.

Remote care saves time and effort

With the Solutions remote care application, aged persons can easily make such measurements as blood pressure at home. The application reminds and instructs the measurements, and transfers the results automatically to the patient information system. Remote care supports nursing especially in areas with long distances and saves the resources of the customer as well as the nursing staff.

No more unnecessary alarms

The intelligent exit sensor alarms only if the customer leaves home. This eliminates unnecessary door opening and closing alarms, and also check visits and costs.

Designed to operate also in problem situations

The 9Solutions background system continuously monitors device operation and notifies automatically in potential fault situations; for example, if the care phone cord has become detached accidentally and the device cannot be contacted. SIM cards from two different mobile phone operators can be used simultaneously in the care phone, which increases operational reliability.

The diverse communication options of the 9Solutions home care solution improve communication and enable close cooperation between the people involved in the service process, and make care need assessment easier and enhance care work.

The Smooth home care call centre is an easy-to-use software designed to meet the requirements of health care and used for receiving safety alarms and managing home care work. The software displays the caller’s information and address accurately on the map and forwards the alarm directly to the nearest free safety helper. With the Smooth Lite mobile application, the safety helper can reserve and clear the help task, and the other nurses are automatically notified of this. The helper can always open a voice or video connection to the home care customer, when necessary.

Apart from receiving alarms, the software can be used also for managing the deliveries of safety devices and other home care services to the customer. The solution helps enhance information processing and minimise time used in administrative routine tasks, because the service concept can be managed in one system.

The intelligent 9Solutions safety solution produces and analyses data, which helps home care professionals assess the individual situation of an aged person living at home and anticipate care needs.
